Tiffany & Co. Jeweller Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Jeweller to join our Tiffany Service Centre in Sydney.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with extensive experience in jewellery production and servicing to become a key member of our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring all types of jewellery and accessories are serviced in accordance with Tiffany and Co. quality standards and time frames.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Servicing jewellery and other accessories in line with company standards
  • Meeting established production targets and deadlines
  • Communicating order status, product quality, and service order process related issues effectively

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • At least 1-2 years of experience in jewellery production or servicing
  • Expertise in repairing metals and various gemstone types
  • Proficiency in stone setting techniques
  • Prior experience in watch repair is highly desirable
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications:

In addition to the above requirements, it would be advantageous to have:

  • Competency in using state-of-the-art equipment (Laser Welder, Laser Engraver, sandblaster, plating techniques)
