Job Summary
As a Client Service Officer, you will play a critical role in delivering front-line services and quality advice to clients with complex needs. You will work closely with our Access & Demand Team to process applications and enquiries, engage with outreach services, and deliver positive housing outcomes for clients.

Key Responsibilities
* Work directly with clients at the counter or over the phone
* Process and assess applications and enquiries using relevant legislation, policies, and procedures
* Engage and support outreach services in local communities and homelessness initiatives
