Mechanical Engineering Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Engineer to join our team and contribute to the delivery of smart and reliable mechanical solutions. Your work will focus on keeping vehicles, equipment, and systems running safely and efficiently.

About this role:

  • Ensure availability and optimization of fit-for-purpose vehicles and equipment for road construction and maintenance.
  • Support fleet and equipment management, including design, procurement, maintenance, and lifecycle optimization.
  • Contribute to asset management by ensuring mechanical assets meet safety, environmental, and cost-effectiveness standards.
  • Assist in mechanical services for heavy vehicles, plant, and equipment to support operations.
  • Promote sustainability by integrating low-emission technologies and alternative fuels.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering (4-year Washington Accord) completed within the last 3 years, or Bachelor of Engineering and a relevant post-graduate qualification in mechanical engineering completed within the last 12 months, or evidence from Engineering Australia that your skills and knowledge meet the same standard.
