About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Beauty Therapist to take their career to the next level as a Senior Aesthetic Therapist. You will be responsible for creating stunning transformations, working closely with clients to understand their needs, and delivering bespoke solutions that exceed their expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create remarkable transformations by providing high-quality aesthetic services such as laser hair removal, advanced facials, skin needling, cosmetic-grade peels, Hydrojelly masks, and Fractional RF.
  • Work collaboratively with clients to develop personalized treatment plans that cater to their unique needs and preferences.
  • Maintain open communication channels with clients to ensure they feel informed and empowered throughout their treatment journey.
  • Collaborate with a supportive team of professionals who share your passion for skincare and aesthetics.
Requirements
  • Hold a formal qualification in Beauty Therapy (Cert IV or Diploma).
  • Prior experience as a Beauty Therapist is essential.
  • Demonstrate exceptional technical skills, including experience in skin assessments and treatments.
  • Show commitment to professionalism, punctuality, organization, and maintaining a high standard of appearance.
  • Exhibit a genuine enthusiasm for the beauty industry and a passion for making others feel amazing.
  • Showcase a track record of delivering exceptional customer service and achieving sales targets.
