About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team at Goodstart Woodend. As a Diploma-Qualified Educator, you will play a vital role in crafting and enhancing exceptional learning programs for our children.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work alongside Senior Educators and our Educational Leader to develop and implement high-quality learning programs
- Ensure a safe and inclusive environment for all children, promoting their physical, emotional, and social development
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve outstanding outcomes for children and families

Requirements:
- Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
