Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a vision for the festival that aligns with the committee's goals and objectives
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to build strong relationships and secure partnerships
  • Design and deliver engaging events and activities that celebrate the Barossa's rich history and culture
  • Manage and coordinate logistics, including venue selection, catering, and entertainment
  • Ensure the festival is delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard
