As a security professional, you will be responsible for leading the day-to-day management of security services at our institute.

This involves managing daily security operations, providing strategic leadership, technical advice and operational oversight to ensure a safe and secure environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily security operations
  • Provide customer-focused security and concierge services
  • Ensure 24/7 rostering and performance of security officers
  • Conduct internal and external patrols of Institute facilities
  • Develop and implement access control procedures for authorised personnel and visitors
  • Maintain stakeholder relationships with emergency services and internal departments
  • Provide expert advice on emerging trends and best practices in security services
  • Offer on-call support to the security team
About You

You have a friendly, approachable and welcoming personality with a polished appearance, punctuality and a professional manner. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.

A high level of expertise, professionalism and judgement is expected, with the ability to work independently and lead a dispersed team.
