Key Responsibilities:

  2. Dealership Leadership: Oversee the overall management of the Heatherbrae Dealership, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional customer satisfaction.
  3. Sales Team Leadership: Lead from the front, providing training, support, and guidance to your sales team to achieve sales targets.
  4. Process Adherence: Ensure our proven sales process is consistently followed, driving efficiency and effectiveness.

About You:

  1. Industry Expertise: Previous experience as a Sales Manager/General Manager in the automotive industry or similar will be highly regarded.
  2. Results-Oriented: Proven track record and ability to meet sales targets, driving business growth and success.
  3. Leadership Skills: Previous experience managing a sales team, with a focus on developing and empowering team members.
  4. Customer Focus: Ability to deliver exceptional customer service and communication, every time.
  5. Negotiation and Closing Skills: Excellent negotiation and closing skills, driving sales success and revenue growth.
  6. Management Skills: Excellent management skills, with a focus on leading high-performing teams.
  7. Reliability and Honesty: Reliable, honest, highly motivated, and well-presented, with a strong work ethic.
  8. Current NSW Driver's License: Current NSW Driver's License, with a strong focus on road safety and compliance.
  9. Availability: Working Saturdays is a must, with a flexible approach to meeting business needs.
