Key Responsibilities:
- Brand Ambassadorship: Represent our brand with professionalism and integrity at all times.
- Dealership Leadership: Oversee the overall management of the Heatherbrae Dealership, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Sales Team Leadership: Lead from the front, providing training, support, and guidance to your sales team to achieve sales targets.
- Process Adherence: Ensure our proven sales process is consistently followed, driving efficiency and effectiveness.
- Relationship Management: Foster strong employee and client relationships, built on trust, respect, and open communication.
- Performance Metrics: Achieve manufacturer and internal sales targets, driving business growth and success.

About You:
- Industry Expertise: Previous experience as a Sales Manager/General Manager in the automotive industry or similar will be highly regarded.

- Leadership Skills: Previous experience managing a sales team, with a focus on developing and empowering team members.
- Customer Focus: Ability to deliver exceptional customer service and communication, every time.

- Management Skills: Excellent management skills, with a focus on leading high-performing teams.
- Reliability and Honesty: Reliable, honest, highly motivated, and well-presented, with a strong work ethic.
- Current NSW Driver's License: Current NSW Driver's License, with a strong focus on road safety and compliance.
- Availability: Working Saturdays is a must, with a flexible approach to meeting business needs.
