The ideal candidate will possess relevant qualifications or extensive experience in horticulture, land management or urban landscape coordination. They must excel at planning and organizing, with proven ability to lead a team, optimize resources and deliver projects on time.
Key Responsibilities:- Team Leadership: Supervise and motivate your team to deliver exceptional horticultural services across parks, streetscapes, CBD renewal and public conveniences.
- Operational Performance: Oversee operational performance and compliance—from graffiti removal and street cleaning to bushland and tree management—against our strategic and performance frameworks.
- Project Coordination: Coordinate people, budgets and resources to meet program objectives while ensuring HSEQ targets and sustainability initiatives are achieved.
