Vocational Psychologist

This role requires a skilled Health and Wellness Advisor to work with job seekers who have complex barriers to employment.

The successful candidate will conduct thorough assessments of candidates with diverse disabilities and barriers to employment, providing therapeutic interventions as needed.

Key responsibilities include conducting thorough assessments, offering counseling intervention as needed, referring candidates to external support services, providing evaluations on assessments, liaising with medical professionals and community agencies, and providing training and guidance to atWork staff.

Requirements for this role include relevant tertiary qualification in psychology or counseling with eligibility for registration or membership, experience working within employment services highly regarded but not essential, knowledge of psychology assessment/intervention strategies, exceptional communication skills, ability to construct accurate case reports, and proven ability to generate positive outcomes for clients.
