Workplace Health and Safety Coordinator Role

We are seeking an experienced Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with the WHS team to deliver high standards of safety within our Fulfilment Center.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and inform management of compliance issues, safety risks, and improvement opportunities through daily, weekly, and monthly audits.
  • Facilitate incident investigation process and maintain required paperwork to comply with local regulations.
  • Enter Safety Incident Information in internal database in a timely manner and perform safety observations & audits.
  • Couch others to complete their safety responsibilities.
  • May have additional responsibility for fire prevention or other safety related activities.
  • Participate in process improvement activities and manage actions to completion.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a Safety related field or Cert IV in WHS.
  • 1+ years of Microsoft Office products experience.
  • Flexible schedule including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.
  • Work 40 hours/week, and overtime as required.
