About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the cabin independently, guaranteeing the well-being of passengers and adhering to strict aviation regulations.
  • Deliver personalized service, showcasing genuine hospitality and making each passenger feel valued.
  • Coordinate in-flight services, upholding high standards of quality and efficiency.
Requirements:
  • Be at least 18 years old.
  • Hold Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency.
  • Not exceed 173 cm in height.
  • Possess a current Provide First Aid Certificate (HLTAID011).
  • Hold a Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate, completed within the last 3 years.
  • Meet one of the following criteria:
    • Completed at least 3 years of secondary education in Australia or New Zealand.
    • Worked in Australia or New Zealand for at least 3 of the last 5 years.
    • Worked in the UK, Ireland, or USA for at least 3 of the last 5 years.
    • Obtained an overall grade of 5.5 in the International English Language Testing System (IELTS).
  • Be able to hold an Aviation Security Identification Card (ASIC), involving a police security check.
  • Display passion for the role and commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
  • Be able to swim fully clothed without aid or floating device.
  • Show flexibility and adaptability, with variable working hours including holidays and peak periods.
