Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Lead to join our team in Sydney. As an Electrical Project Lead, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality electrical projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely project completion within budget.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work on various electrical projects, including but not limited to MV, LV, and Power Solutions, within the Rail, Data Centres, Transportation, Health, and Oil and Gas sectors. You will have the chance to work with best-in-class Project Managers, utilising your exceptional system integration and coordination skills both on-site and within existing facilities.

You will also be responsible for maintaining and improving gross margin while ensuring customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will manage stakeholders effectively, drive improvements in collaboration across the value chain, and deliver high-quality outcomes for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Demonstrate experience managing high-profile electrical projects with successful outcomes for both clients and the company;
  • Demonstrate design, installation, testing, and commissioning of projects for builders and electrical contractors;
  • Work with project delivery processes based upon the PMBOK;
  • Manage and coordinate local and offshore manufacturing facilities;
  • Deliver high-quality outcomes for our customers;
  • Report on project progress regularly to our customers and internal stakeholders;
Ideal Candidate

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A proven track record of managing high-profile electrical projects within the energy and renewables space;
  • Strong project management experience and a commitment to quality outcomes and delivering projects on time and within budget;
  • Focused, collaborative, and passionate about the work you do;
  • Strong commercial sensibility with the ability to influence various stakeholders across the enterprise;
  • Exceptional communication skills with an ability to think on your feet;
