Strategic Advisory Services for Industrials Sector

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Associate to provide strategic advisory services for mergers, acquisitions and other financial transactions in the Industrials sector.

This role involves assisting clients in raising funds and managing capital by leveraging past investment banking or related experience to enhance M&A execution and capital raising capabilities.

  • Assist in the execution of business activities in the Capital Markets and Advisory segment
  • Contribute to building the franchise in the Industrials sector by providing guidance and feedback to junior analysts
  • Drive workstreams and communicate effectively with senior teams to achieve business objectives

Qualifications include:

  • 4-6 years of relevant experience in investment banking or a related field
  • Ability to create comprehensive financial analyses and reports
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
