Financial Analyst Role

We are seeking an experienced Financial Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for analysing financial data and providing strategic recommendations to senior management.

Main Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable and receivable.
  • Manage compliance with relevant laws and regulations, including insurance and superannuation requirements.
  • Assist in business planning, including budgeting and forecasting.
  • Finalise monthly and annual financial reports, including month-end and year-end journals.

Prepare financial analyses and present to stakeholders regularly.

Additional Responsibilities
  • Proactive management of cash flow and working capital.
  • Act as Key User for accounting systems and drive continuous improvement.
  • Develop insights from financial data to inform business decisions.
  • Liaise with stakeholders, including customers, suppliers and government authorities.

Ensure timely and accurate communication of financial information, including regular meetings and reports.

Requirements
  • Bachelor degree or higher in Commerce, Accounting or Finance.
  • Studying towards CPA or similar postgraduate qualifications.
  • Advanced skills in data analysis and reporting, including Excel and Power BI.

Salary: $76,515 - $100,000 per annum.
