The role of Project Officer is a crucial position within our mental health service, focused on supporting the development and implementation of initiatives that align with our strategic objectives.
This position requires an individual who can apply their knowledge and experience to drive projects forward, working independently and collaboratively with stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes.
- Key skills include project management experience, particularly in clinical settings, as well as expertise in report writing, correspondence, and data analysis.
- Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain systems, practices, and protocols is also essential, alongside proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Working with Aboriginal consumers is a critical aspect of this role, requiring empathy, understanding, and effective communication skills.
- Experience in stakeholder engagement and partnership building is highly valued, as is the ability to work collaboratively with government agencies and community groups to deliver mutually beneficial outcomes.
