Job Role Summary

We are expanding our operations team to provide an exceptional customer experience.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven individual to make a significant impact across the business in a fast-paced environment.

We're looking for someone who can work with international partners and coordinate global logistics.

Responsibilities include overseeing case distribution and optimizing service programs.

The ideal candidate will identify efficiency opportunities, collaborate with the service team, and coordinate shipments of parts to customers and service technicians.

They will also ensure timely communication with customers regarding service status and case updates.

Cross-functional collaboration is key, so you'll be working with field teams to implement process improvements in service operations.

In addition to your core responsibilities, you'll assist with CRM administration and manage Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMAs) for inbound parts.

You'll support Operations leadership in daily tasks and possess strong organizational and time management skills.

A degree is required, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong business acumen, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills, and flexibility are essential.

We value employees who are willing to adapt to situations on a daily basis.

This role requires physical ability to lift 50-75 lbs.
