**Job Summary**

We are seeking a skilled and motivated casual merchandiser to join our team. As a casual merchandiser, you will be responsible for placing stock on shelves according to a plan, removing point of sale displays and implementing new ones, visiting multiple stores per day, developing strong working relationships with store managers, negotiating for extra space with store managers, and checking stock levels and reporting accurate data upon completion of tasks.

This role offers the opportunity to work autonomously in a fast-paced retail environment, utilizing your skills and experience to drive sales growth and exceed customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Placing stock on shelves according to a plan (Planogram)
  • Removing point of sale (POS) displays and implementing new displays
  • Visit multiple stores per day
  • Developing strong working relationships with store managers
  • Negotiating for extra space with store managers
  • Checking stock levels and reporting accurate data upon completion of tasks

Essential Criteria:

  • A great attitude and positive mindset is vital for this role
  • Great communication skills to build strong working relationships with store personnel
  • Previous retail or merchandising experience
  • Valid driver's license and access to reliable car
  • Ability to receive Point of Sale items to your home address
  • Ability to report your work via apps on an iPad supplied by the company
  • Committed to working autonomously in a casual position
  • Must be physically fit to complete work autonomously which include repetitive tasks such as lifting and reaching
