Electrical Leadership Role

This senior leadership position requires both technical excellence and strong leadership skills to drive the strategic vision of electrical engineering practice.

You will be responsible for leading high-profile, complex projects across multiple regions, mentoring and guiding multidisciplinary teams, and building client relationships at the highest levels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead high-profile data center projects, managing design and execution of advanced electrical systems while ensuring alignment with client expectations and industry best practices.
  • Develop and implement innovative solutions, leveraging cutting-edge technologies to address unique needs of data centers, ensuring optimal performance in power distribution, lighting, and communication systems.
  • Mentor junior engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and collaborative problem-solving across teams.
  • Represent company in client-facing engagements, offering expert advice and insights that contribute to project success and long-term relationships.
  • Drive growth and development of electrical engineering practice, contributing to business development, project acquisition, and shaping strategic direction of the firm in data center space.

Requirements:

  • Recognized tertiary qualifications in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
  • Extensive experience in Electrical Engineering within a consulting environment, with proven track record of leadership in large-scale data center projects.
  • Strong technical expertise in design, development, and delivery of complex electrical systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage client relationships, and contribute to strategic direction of a business.
  • Expertise in industry-standard software and design tools relevant to Electrical Engineering.
