Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate and energetic Centre Manager to lead our childcare centre. As the key operational leader, you will drive excellence in every aspect of the centre, inspiring your team to deliver high standards of care, education, and engagement.

You will be responsible for managing daily centre operations, including staffing, parent communication, and ensuring compliance with all regulations and standards. Our ideal candidate will have an ACECQA approved Diploma (or higher) in Early Childhood Education, minimum 3 years of experience working in a licensed childcare centre or similar setting, including experience in a leadership role, and a current Working with Children Check.

Our Centre Manager will cultivate a positive, inclusive culture that values teamwork and diversity, prioritises children's safety and well-being, and ensures adherence to policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
