Warehouse Admin/Data Entry Assistant

Are you a detail-oriented and enthusiastic individual looking for an entry-level opportunity in a fast-paced environment? We have a varied role available with training and support provided.

This position will give you the chance to develop your skills in data entry, filing, and archiving, while also ensuring the warehouse department runs smoothly. You will be responsible for assisting with despatch invoice data entry and preparation of shipping documents, as well as liaising with sales and inventory teams as required.

Some of your duties will include:

  • Accurate and timely data entry
  • Filing and archiving
  • Ensuring OH&S policies and procedures are adhered to
  • Liaising with sales and inventory teams as required
  • Coordinating delivery and collection of goods with suppliers
  • Assisting the warehouse and accounts team with admin tasks
  • Other duties as directed by the Operations Director as required

As a professional and positive individual, you will maintain excellent communication skills and hold intermediate skills in Microsoft Word and Excel. While prior office experience is not necessary, you must be able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
