Winery Tour Driver/Guide

This role involves operating company passenger vehicles and providing excellent customer service to international and local guests.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Effectively and safely operating up to 25 seater vehicles;
  • Providing professional and entertaining commentary about sights visited on tour;
  • Demonstrating great interpersonal skills and enjoying interacting with people from all around the world;

Additionally, this role requires a strong work ethic, an enthusiastic attitude, and a commitment to delivering exceptional results.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
  • The ability to create rapport with customers;
  • Highly organized approach to work;
  • Driver Accreditation with CPV (may be obtained afterwards);
  • Preferrably have a Heavy Vehicle License, minimum: light rigid (may be provided to those willing to learn and show commitment);
  • Previous experience in tourism - preferred;
  • Previous experience in dealing with groups of people - desirable.
