Key Strategic Advisor Role

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to bridge strategy and execution, ensuring our solutions are inclusive, sustainable, and designed for long-term success.

We are seeking someone who excels in collaborative environments, values diverse perspectives, and thrives on solving complex challenges with purpose.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Leading the development of Process and Technology architectures across the company's value streams.
  • Partnering with business and IT leaders to shape strategic initiatives and drive innovation.
  • Developing strong relationships across diverse teams and stakeholders to support governance, risk management, and architectural alignment.
Requirements:
  • Experience in enterprise or domain architecture within large organizations.
  • Strong understanding of mining value streams and transformation frameworks.
  • A passion for innovation, inclusion, and continuous improvement.
  • TOGAF or similar certification (preferred but not essential).
  • Experience in mining, energy, or industrial sectors (a bonus).
  • Demonstrated success in developing future-state architectures and enabling realization through cross-functional teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
