As a Senior Business Analyst, you will have the chance to work on high-impact projects and make a real difference in the field of business analysis. The ideal candidate will have advanced modeling skills, experience with business process improvement, and a strong understanding of consultancy principles. You will also need to be able to analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement, automation, or transformation.
Some of the key responsibilities of this role include leading and managing business analysis activities within multidisciplinary teams, conducting scoping and requirements definition, and engaging with senior stakeholders to gather input and resolve competing priorities.
To be successful in this role, you will need to be able to provide expert analysis and problem resolution, as well as support the design and documentation of Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions including RBAC and privileged access management.
Additionally, you will need to ensure effective documentation and knowledge transfer in accordance with departmental policies.
