Job Description

We are seeking experienced professionals to join our team as Student Records Consultants. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering superior results to our clients by executing the day-to-day activities of a Workday Student Records consultant.

  • Serve as a functional expert in Student Records with deep knowledge of current functionality, design concepts, touchpoints with relevant functional areas and in consideration of future product direction.
  • Conduct sessions with customers to analyze business requirements, provide solutions to complex business problems, and transfer knowledge.
  • Develop solutions to align with customer requirements and provide appropriate artifacts and deliverables.
  • Actively share product knowledge with others to grow our practice.
  • Support Workday Delivery Assurance reviews to achieve design and build sign-off.
  • Identify strategies, risks, and options to determine ideal approaches that lead to meeting requirements for customers.
  • Provide subject matter expertise on Workday best practices.
  • Support business development activities such as identification, proposal development, and other pursuit activities.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Current Workday certification in Records and Advising (preferred)
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
  • Experience gathering requirements, configuration design, prototyping, testing and deploying solutions to meet customer requirements in the records and academic advising functional areas
  • Recent experience deploying Workday Student Records (strongly preferred)
  • Subject Matter Expertise in Student Records with experience in a registrar's office at a college or university (ideal)
  • Passion for exceptional customer service
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively manage customer expectations and relationships
  • Report writing experience highly desired
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, particularly Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
