About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Paediatric Physiotherapist to join our dedicated team at Henderson Healthcare. This senior, clinic-based position offers an excellent opportunity for you to create tailored intervention plans, build and strengthen referral networks, and lead multidisciplinary sessions to enhance client outcomes.

Job Description
  • You will own and manage a paediatric caseload, including NDIS and private clients.
  • Collaborate with a skilled team to deliver transdisciplinary care.
  • Engage and mentor within the team, fostering a culture of support.
  • Develop client relationships through effective communication and tailored care.
  • Utilize resources efficiently with the support of a dedicated admin team.

Requirements
  • Please hold current AHPRA registration.
  • You must possess NDIS Worker Screening, Working with Children check, and professional indemnity insurance.
  • Demonstrate proven ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary team and understand transdisciplinary referrals.
  • Show strong communication, time management, and independent work skills.
  • Experience with paperless systems is a plus.
  • A reliable vehicle and valid driver's license are required.
  • Genuine enthusiasm for physiotherapy and client care is essential.
  • You should have experience working with children on the Autism Spectrum and complex diagnoses, familiarity with NDIS services.
  • An immediate start is preferred.

$110-$130k + Super per annum | Full-time, Clinic-Based Role
