The Pharmacy Service is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Inventory Officer to join their team on the Gold Coast.

About the Role

This key position plays a vital role in ensuring the efficient management of inventory, allowing our healthcare services to operate at the highest level.

  • Responsibilities include:
  • Create daily and ad hoc orders for pharmaceuticals and intravenous fluids from central wholesalers.
  • Receive and process invoices for stock received.
  • Collaborate with senior team members to undertake, record, and review inventory management tasks.
  • Manage slow-moving stock and arrange for redistribution of short-dated stock.
Requirements

To be successful in this position, you will require:

  • Demonstrated experience working with pharmaceuticals.
  • A declaration of any serious discipline history must be disclosed.
  • Criminal History Screening will be required for new employees.
