We're seeking a skilled Senior Environmental Professional to join our multidisciplinary team and contribute to high-impact projects that make a meaningful difference in land revitalisation.

About the Role

You will be responsible for managing and supporting site investigations, environmental due diligence, portfolio assessments, remediation planning, and validation activities.

Your work will span diverse sites across commercial, industrial, petroleum and other sectors, balancing technical work (field and office), project management, and team development.

  • Lead site investigations and due diligence
  • Conduct environmental assessments and remediation planning
  • Manage project timelines and budgets
  • Mentor junior staff and contribute to a high-performing culture

Some examples of our recent work include:

  • Main South Road Upgrade: Environmental and geotechnical assessments
  • New Women's and Children's Hospital: Preliminary soil, groundwater, and geotechnical investigations
  • Redevelopment initiatives: Former Thebarton Bioscience Precinct and Royal Adelaide Hospital
  • Property development support: Due diligence, environmental duty assessments, remediation and construction advisory
  • EPA Assessment Areas and regulatory monitoring for licensed sites
About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 5–8 years' experience in site contamination assessment, management, and delivery
  • Proven strength in design, implementation, interpretation of environmental data and delivery of Contaminated Land Projects
  • Technical knowledge across contaminants, environmental media, sampling, and remediation technologies (soil, groundwater, gas, etc.)
  • Familiarity with local environmental regulations and assessment standards
  • A record of excellence in client and project management
