Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fresh Food Retail Team Lead to join our dynamic team on the Gold Coast. As a key member of our leadership group, you will play a vital role in driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and leading a high-performing team.

The successful applicant will be responsible for managing the fresh food department, including planning, implementing, and evaluating strategies to achieve business objectives. You will also be accountable for developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.

You will work closely with the store management team to ensure that all aspects of the store operation are running smoothly and efficiently. This includes inventory management, stock control, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in a retail management role, preferably in a similar environment
