Cloud Integration Expert

We're looking for an expert who will serve as the technical counterpart to our sales team and work closely with customers, partners, and prospects. This role involves helping with sales meetings, scoping client requirements, and running product demonstrations. The Solutions Consulting team also provides product knowledge support to the Sales Team as part of presales discussions for new and existing customers.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with external clients, handling a variety of different tasks simultaneously, prioritizing open issues, and managing multiple deadlines. They should also be able to work independently and as part of a larger team to utilize their industry experience and creativity in crafting cloud integration solutions for multiple e-commerce systems, including but not limited to most ERPs, Shopify, Magento, BigCommerce, eBay, QuickBooks, Zoho, Zuora, and Amazon ecosystems.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems or other related disciplines
  • At least three years of combined industry experience in enterprise software implementation, technical consulting, sales engineering/solution consulting
  • Prior experience with ERP, Oracle NetSuite, SAP Business One, SAP By Design, and Microsoft Dynamics are preferred
  • Understanding of integration technologies such as SOAP, REST, EDI, and Web Services
