Job Title: Finance Manager - Payment Operations

The role of Finance Manager - Payment Operations involves handling twice-monthly payments to partners, ensuring compliance with procedures and SOX controls, promoting consistency and best practices across regions, assisting the Channel program team with partner queries, collaborating with Revenue and Corporate Accounting teams, leading global projects involving automation, systems, and process improvement, and managing a team of analysts and supporting their career growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage the entire payment cycle from calculation to accrual, payout, and accounting for partner incentives.
  2. Ensure accuracy and timeliness of payments, meeting tight deadlines and maintaining high-quality output.
  3. Collaborate with other partner analysts, partner sales, revenue accounting, corporate accounting, financial services team, system support, and external auditors to resolve issues and optimize processes.
  4. Develop and implement policies and procedures to promote consistency and best practices across regions.
  5. Assist the Channel program team with partner queries, providing timely and accurate responses to maintain strong relationships.
  6. Work closely with Revenue and Corporate Accounting teams to ensure seamless collaboration and efficient communication.
  7. Lead global projects involving automation, systems, and process improvement, driving innovation and efficiency in payment operations.
  8. Manage a team of analysts, providing guidance, training, and development opportunities to support their career growth.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field. CA, MBA, CFA, or CPA is an asset.
  • Minimum 8+ years of relevant experience in finance or supporting a Sales organization.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence effectively.
  • Demonstration of leadership and management capabilities.
  • Outstanding critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Growth mindset and ability to learn quickly.
  • Strong sense of ownership, ability to prioritize, and work in fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in SAP, Anaplan, Power BI, and Business Objects is an advantage.
