Job Title: Pump Operations Manager

As a key member in the Services division, you will play a crucial role in helping us take our operations to the next level.

Your main responsibilities include:

  • Performing detailed fault diagnosis, strip-down, and survey of pumps, identifying components and assessing condition against QA procedures.
  • Pressure testing and rebuilding pumps to ensure optimal functionality and compliance with relevant standards.
  • Leading and mentoring department personnel, supporting recruitment, training, and performance management.
  • Collaborating with Service Centre Management to achieve operational targets and ensure efficient job scheduling.
  • Maintaining long-standing customer relationships and upholding quality and safety standards.
  • Participating in business development through meetings and workflow optimisation.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Trade Certificate III Mechanical Fitter or equivalent qualification.
  • 5+ years' experience working with pumps.
  • Strong communication and time management skills.
  • The ability to engage others and manage a team.
