Loan Officer Role

We are seeking a skilled Loan Officer to join our team. As a Loan Officer, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service while offering sound mortgage advice.

You will work closely with colleagues and the credit team to deliver a positive customer experience during the largest purchase our customers make – their home.

  • Provide seamless end-to-end banking services
  • Making outbound calls to new and prospective customers
  • Building trust and confidence through meaningful conversations with customers
  • Nurturing relationships within the Defence Community
  • Educating customers on digital banking tools
  • Growing Mortgage and Consumer lending portfolios
  • Collaborate with the Credit Team to ensure customer expectations are met within a reasonable timeframe and within credit criteria

About You

Customer experience is your top priority, always putting the customer first.

You are results-driven, self-motivated, and proactive yet flexible in operation. You have strong retail lending experience, a solid knowledge of local residential mortgage products and the real estate market.

Tier 2 accreditation and/or a Cert IV in Finance and Mortgage Brokering is essential.

As a Loan Officer, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while offering sound mortgage advice. You will work closely with colleagues and the credit team to deliver a positive customer experience during the largest purchase our customers make – their home.
