  • As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for creating a premium shopping experience for our consumers, selling shoes that practically sell themselves.
  • You will align with the Visual Merchandising plan and Mystery Shopper standards, process customer orders and returns, and maintain inventory according to standards.
  • General housekeeping and store tidiness are also essential aspects of this role.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need to have:

  • Previous retail sales or similar experience
  • Demonstrated success in achieving KPIs and sales targets
  • A commitment to providing exceptional customer service as a brand ambassador
  • The ability to work effectively as a team player and build strong relationships with colleagues and customers
