We are currently seeking an experienced Customer Service Coordinator with a passion for the automotive industry who is looking for a new challenge to join RAC Auto Service in Bentley.

About the role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the customer experience during the vehicle service process, including coordinating with technicians and communicating with customers.

  1. Greeting customers and confirming vehicle information, including make, model, and type of service or repair issue
  2. Providing estimates for repair and maintenance services, explaining the work to be performed, offering appropriate recommendations for additional works.
  3. Coordinating with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs and maintenance
  4. Providing regular updates to customers on the status of their vehicle
  5. Handling customer concerns and complaints in a professional and timely manner
  6. Preparing and completing repair orders.
  7. Supporting the collaboration and achievement of team sales targets and conversion rates.
  8. Understanding revenue and profit targets.
  9. Providing site and mobile service administrative support including:
  10. Data entry and maintaining records
  11. Invoicing and receipting payments
  12. Part returns and correct allocation of part numbers on repair orders
