Marketing Director

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Marketing Director to lead our growth efforts across the APAC region. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the full marketing funnel - from acquisition to retention to revenue - using a mix of paid and organic strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy to drive user acquisition and retention across APAC
  • Manage significant budgets to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) such as return on ad spend (ROAS), lifetime value (LTV), and cost per install (CPI)
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop and test new ad concepts, video assets, and playables
  • Partner with product and monetization teams to ensure alignment on player experience and growth targets
  • Drive search engine optimization (SEO), influencer campaigns, and community-led initiatives to support organic scale
  • Build dashboards, lead A/B testing, and use data to continuously refine strategy
  • Manage and develop a team of user acquisition managers, analysts, and creatives
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Significant experience in user acquisition or growth marketing within mobile gaming or consumer tech
  • Proven track record of scaling mobile games using both paid and organic strategies
  • Strong understanding of LTV modeling, cohort analysis, and performance data
  • Hands-on experience with marketing mix models (MMPs) and major ad platforms
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally in a collaborative, fast-moving environment
  • A natural leader - someone who brings structure, clarity, and energy to their team
