Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic team member to join our Front of House, Kitchen Hand and Barista team.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and maintain a clean and safe workspace.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serving customers with a smile and ensuring they have an excellent experience
  • Preparing and serving hot and cold beverages, including specialty coffee drinks
  • Maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen and front of house areas
  • Working as part of a team to achieve common goals
  • Assisting with general cleaning duties and maintaining a safe working environment
Requirements
  • A minimum of 6 months experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably in the food or hospitality industry
  • A positive attitude and confidence to engage with customers
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team and adapt to changing situations
  • Availability to work weekdays, weekends, and public holidays as required
