Paid Search Growth Strategist

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Paid Search Manager to lead the direction and execution of our paid search initiatives.
This role involves hands-on campaign execution, optimisation, and performance analysis. As a key member of the team, you will play a significant role in shaping how we work with our agency partners.
You will be responsible for managing multi-million-dollar budgets across platforms like Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising, optimising campaigns through data-driven insights and innovative bidding strategies, and collaborating with internal teams and external partners to deliver exceptional performance.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to leverage advanced analytics tools like GA4 and Search Ads 360, as well as test emerging technologies to shape a best-in-class paid search program that supports our mission.
About You- Strong skills in managing paid search campaigns end-to-end, ideally within finance or asset management.
- Confident in using Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, and Search Ads 360 to drive performance.
- Ability to use PPC analytics tools to uncover insights and optimise campaigns.
- Experience in managing and optimising ad budgets with a focus on ROI.
- Natural collaborator who can build strong working relationships across internal teams and external partners.
