Primary School Age Children Educator

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Educator to join our team in delivering fun and engaging programs for primary school children.

  • Facilitating exciting, child-led activities, including STEM, sports, cooking, arts & crafts – whatever you and the kids love
  • Building strong relationships with children, families, and the community
  • Collaborating with a team of skilled Educators to ensure a safe, fun, and engaging program

You will work split shifts Monday – Friday across various services opening hours.

About the Role

This permanent part-time role guarantees a minimum of 15 hours per week, with opportunities for extra hours during school holidays.

You'll be working alongside a supportive team to create a welcoming and enriching environment for children aged 5-12 years old.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Design and deliver educational programs that cater to the diverse needs and interests of primary school age children
  2. Build and maintain positive relationships with children, parents, and staff members
  3. Contribute to a collaborative and supportive team environment that fosters growth and development
Requirements
  • Relevant Diploma level qualification to work with children in OSHC
  • Ability to communicate effectively and confidently
  • Capacity to work well in a team and aspire to grow into a leadership role
  • Australian work rights
