Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Chief Acquisition Strategist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the end-to-end acquisition process, identifying, negotiating, and securing new and replacement centres across Australia.

You will leverage your expertise in property acquisitions, M&A, and development to build a strong pipeline, ensuring our centres remain high-quality, accessible, and sustainable for future generations.

As a key member of our property team, you will work closely with our General Manager of Property to drive business growth and expansion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end acquisitions to expand and enhance Goodstart's centre network
  • Identify and secure new and replacement sites aligned with our growth strategy
  • Conduct due diligence, financial analysis, and market research to guide decisions
  • Negotiate and execute Freehold, Leasehold, and Business Acquisitions
  • Build strong relationships with developers, agents, councils, and stakeholders
  • Support the 5-year network plan, ensuring long-term sustainability
  • Collaborate across finance, legal, and operations to streamline processes
  • Provide expert advice and reporting to senior leadership
