Position Overview
Clough Ltd. is seeking a dedicated Internal Audit Analyst to enhance our operations. This role is essential in providing impartial and constructive assurance aimed at optimizing our organizational processes. The selected candidate will oversee internal audit functions across all Clough and WeBuild activities within the Asia Pacific region.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Head of Internal Audit to establish the Internal Audit Program for Clough Group, in alignment with the Executive team.
- Execute the Internal Audit Plan to support our extensive order book across the Asia Pacific, adhering to established timelines.
- Conduct audits following the prescribed methodology and comply with legal and regulatory standards set by the relevant authorities.
- Deliver presentations to management during and after audits, highlighting deficiencies and suggesting corrective measures.
- Ensure implementation of all agreed action plans post-audit.
- Assist in refining the Audit Program to focus on critical risk areas, ensuring resources are effectively allocated.
- Promote awareness of audit objectives and requirements throughout the Clough Group subsidiaries.
- Report on audit activities to the Head of Internal Audit, Executive Team, and Board of Directors.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage audits through established internal processes and undertake travel as necessary (approximately 30%).
Qualifications and Skills
- Relevant tertiary and professional qualifications.
- Experience in internal auditing, risk management, project controls, or related fields.
- Background in energy, resources, infrastructure, or major capital project auditing is advantageous.
- Proven ability to manage expectations of staff and stakeholders effectively.
- Capability to support management with a systematic and disciplined approach to risk management and governance.
- Strong interpersonal skills to clearly communicate deliverables.
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.
- Highly collaborative with excellent communication skills, maintaining professionalism in a dynamic environment.
