The Opportunity
We're looking for a detail-oriented and highly organised professional to join our Investment Management & Research team.
This is a hands-on, operational role focused on managing the day-to-day administration of our third-party fund manager relationships.
- Manage inbox queries from external stakeholders regarding onboarding of managed funds, rebates, reporting, and service setup
- Manage the fund rebate process, including updating legal agreements and coordinating with internal operations to implement
- Prepare first draft legal agreements and update service agreements
- Maintain registers and contract records in Excel
- Liaise with internal teams (operations, legal, finance) to ensure timely and accurate execution of tasks
