Job DescriptionThis role is for an experienced IT Business Systems Analyst who will be responsible for supporting the delivery of strategic business objectives through effective analysis, design, and implementation of business systems. You will work closely with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop solutions that meet those needs.
The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience working with business stakeholders. They should also have knowledge of contemporary testing methodologies and toolsets, as well as experience with test automation frameworks.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo succeed in this role, you will need to possess:
- Demonstrated experience in execution of business analysis activities on large scale complex ICT program/projects.
- Demonstrated experience analysing and documenting business process and system modelling activities for large scale complex organisations.
- Expertise in contemporary testing methodologies and toolsets such as Selenium or Cucumber with RestAssured in complex, custom-built IT systems.
- Demonstrated experience in testing methods and frameworks to ensure the integrity of testing and an ability to develop project test strategies, test plans and test cases.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain productive relationships with key stakeholders, including internal IT team, project team and external technology vendors to deliver required outcomes.
