Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate planning and environmental legal professional to work with us.

Our work involves major energy projects, infrastructure, rail, planning, advisory, and environment Land Court cases.

As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to excel in this area of law, working collaboratively with a high-performing team led by an experienced partner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise clients on planning and environmental matters;
  • Conduct research and analysis to support advice;
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients;
  • Participate in training and professional development opportunities;

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in planning and environment law;
  • Demonstrated experience in planning and environment matters;
  • Strong drafting skills with attention to detail and analytical thinking;

Desirable Qualities:

  • Ability to apply creative problem-solving skills;
  • High level of attention to detail and ability to draft clear, commercially focused advice;
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for building client relationships;
  • Collegiate mindset and positive attitude prioritizing respect for peers and collaborative teamwork;
  • Focus on delivering exceptional service to clients;
