About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Property Manager to join our team at Place Estate Agents. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of properties, ensuring that all legislative requirements are met, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of properties, including ongoing management, repairs, maintenance, arrears management, lease renewals, entry and exit reports, and routine inspections.
  • Ensure that all legislative requirements are met and upheld, including compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, including responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work collaboratively with the Property Management Team leader and offshore administration staff to ensure the smooth operation of the team.
About You
  • You will have a current QLD sales Registration Certificate and a current QLD Drivers Licence with access to a reliable vehicle.
  • You will be passionate about Property Management and Customer Service, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality results.
  • You will have a can-do attitude and a willingness to work through problem-solving, with a focus on quality and timely service delivery.
  • You will be committed to ongoing learning and development, with a desire to grow and develop in your career.
