We are seeking a skilled Performance Tester to collaborate with our cross-functional teams in planning, designing, developing, testing, deploying, and maintaining software solutions.

As a Performance Tester at NCS Australia, you will play a crucial role in identifying and resolving software defects and issues through testing, debugging, and other troubleshooting techniques.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute performance tests using tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, or Gatling.
  • Analyse and interpret performance test results to identify performance bottlenecks.
  • Collaborate with development and operations teams to resolve performance issues.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest performance testing tools, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Contribute to the development of software solutions that meet performance and quality standards.
Requirements
  • Strong understanding of software engineering and performance testing concepts and methodologies.
  • Proficiency in using performance testing tools and programming languages such as Java, C#, Python, or others.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication skills to collaborate with development and operations teams.
  • Understanding of web technologies, databases, and network protocols.
  • Experience with performance tuning and optimization techniques.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms and virtualization technologies.
  • Knowledge of agile practices and relevant tools like JIRA, Confluence, Git, and Bitbucket.
