About the Role

The primary function of a Digital Advisory Graduate at RSM is to provide consulting services to assist businesses with ongoing digital transformation. This role involves working closely with clients to understand their unique needs and develop tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Attending consultations with clients to understand their requirements and goals
  • Assisting in summarising client requirements documents to ensure accurate understanding of their needs
  • Conducting market research to identify suitable software vendors and solutions
  • Collating responses from software vendors into easy-to-interpret charts and summaries to facilitate decision-making
  • Researching new technology available on the market against specific or broad criteria for suitability
  • Creating checklists and instructions for clients to ensure smooth implementation of solutions
  • Preparing data for import into various Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions to support seamless integration
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Information Systems
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Possess a can-do attitude and passion for continuous learning and professional growth

We estimate an annual salary range of $65,000-$80,000 AUD based on industry standards and location.
