Key Roles and Responsibilities

Nine is seeking a Strategic Planning Analyst to join our Group Strategy & Planning Team and drive the company's profitability and efficiency.

  • Support strategic planning and budgeting processes.
  • Develop and evolve reporting frameworks for executive and board-level communication.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis and financial modelling to understand business issues and opportunities.
  • Produce high-quality analysis of data and business drivers to inform smarter decisions.
  • Extract insights from data and communicate complex information to stakeholders.
  • Present clear, impactful presentations for senior management and business leaders.

To succeed in this role, you will have:

  • Prior experience in planning, strategy, or analysis roles at large organisations.
  • A commercial mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
  • Strong financial modelling and quantitative capabilities.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a proven track record of producing high-quality documents.
  • A CA, CFA, or equivalent qualification is strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in ambiguous situations.
