- Develop effective sales strategies and continuously improve selling capabilities to establish a market leading product.
- Review customer engagement metrics to optimise communication channels ensuring regular engagement with target customers through face-to-face meetings, virtual calls, and participation in industry events.
- Cultivate sustainable business relationships based on customer preferences and needs.
- Maximise sales call quality by utilising approved sales support materials, clinical papers, and other relevant resources.
- Meet administration, communication, reporting, and personal presentation standards.
- 3 - 5 years' experience in a Specialist Representative, Hospital Sales Representative position or similar.
- Experience working in the dermatology or immunology area or with biologic medicines.
- Tertiary qualifications in Pharmacy, Science, Nursing, Business, Marketing or Education.
- A proven track record of surpassing sales targets in competitive markets.
