Frontline Recruitment is seeking an exceptional leader to serve as the Director of Faith at a prestigious college community. This three-year tenure offers a unique opportunity to shape the faith and spirituality of students and staff.
About the Role
- Lead the planning, development, and delivery of Religious Education curriculum and programs that inspire and nurture faith growth.
- Coordinate meaningful faith development activities, retreats, and liturgies that foster a sense of community and spiritual connection.
- Provide pastoral support and guidance to students, staff, and the broader college community, ensuring their well-being and academic success.
- Collaborate with school leadership to uphold the college's Catholic identity and values, promoting a culture of inclusivity and respect.
- Manage and mentor the Religious Education teaching team, empowering them to excel in their roles and contribute to the college's mission.
- Actively participate in the overall leadership and strategic direction of the college, driving innovation and excellence in all aspects of education.
What We Offer
- A competitive salary package, estimated to be around $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Your Background
- A strong Catholic faith and deep understanding of Catholic tradition and values.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences and build strong relationships.
- Demonstrated experience in a similar leadership role within a Catholic school environment, with a proven track record of success and achievement.
- Tertiary qualifications in Religious Education, Theology, or a related field, with Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT) registration.
